杜青偉

2016年(nián)于中國海洋大學(xué)獲得理(lǐ)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位,2021年(nián)于中國科學(xué)院遺傳與發育生物學(xué)研究所獲得理(lǐ)學(xué)博士學(xué)位,同年(nián)進入北京市農林科學(xué)院工作。主持北京市農林科學(xué)院青年(nián)科研基金1項。以第一(yī)(含共同)在Science Advances、Journal of Phycology、Journal of Applied Phycology等國際刊物發表多篇論文。

研究方向

主要從事大麥屬抗逆性分子(zǐ)機制的(de)研究,以分生組織等生長(cháng)發育關鍵部位為(wèi)研究對象,結合高(gāo)通量測序(基因組測序、單細胞轉錄組測序、表觀組測序、代謝組測序)和(hé)熒光成像等技術,從組織細胞水平、多組學(xué)維度解析和(hé)挖掘抗逆響應關鍵核心基因,揭示耐逆境脅迫的(de)分子(zǐ)機制,并通過基因編輯等方法對大麥屬進行抗逆性狀改良。
