匡正,博士後,2021年(nián)博士畢業于北京大學(xué)前沿交叉學(xué)科研究院整合生命科學(xué)專業,目前在北京市農林科學(xué)院生物技術研究所從事植物miRNA的(de)注釋和(hé)演化曆史的(de)相關研究。主持國自(zì)然青年(nián)項目1項,參與國自(zì)然面上項目1項。已發表SCI論文9篇,其中第一(yī)或共同第一(yī)作者5篇,另有已第一(yī)作者身份向英文生物學(xué)系列圖書Methods in Molecular Biology供稿1篇。

研究方向

基于基因組、sRNA-seq、機器學(xué)習等的(de)植物miRNA注釋、miRNA及其靶基因的(de)演化曆史解析等。
